Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing Educational ERP products. The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development team, ensuring the quality and performance of our software solutions, and driving technical excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality Educational ERP products.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Angular, Ionic, and Java Spring Boot.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Oversee code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and improve the code quality and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 to 9 years in software development, with significant experience in leading development teams.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong expertise in Angular and Ionic for front-end development.
  • Extensive experience with Java Spring Boot for back-end development.
  • Knowledge of PHP CodeIgniter is a plus.
• Leadership Skills:
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Communication:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
